Mr. McCormack demonstrates practical ways to motivate teens in positive directions. Utilizing ethnic cultural tools, youth discover how to influence their circle. How can teens protect themselves and their peer-groups from destructive influences?
This program is effectively applied and tested amongst the highest incidence group.... teen native youth. It is endorsed
by tribal leaders, educators and intervention specialists in Canada. This blueprint can be implemented in your community! McCormack adapts this program for ethnic minority youth, as they become cross-cultural bridges spreading diversity throughout the community. This transmutual communication prevents cultural gaps and misunderstanding. A handout sheet of this model is given to teens and staff who audit this workshop. Crisis Prevention Through Youth Intervention Workshop

McCormack utilizes new wellness intervention tools and applies them to teen substance abuse issues. Thomas demonstrates ways to bridge cultural communication for youth to bring deeper understanding. He will share the configuration of his "Crisis Prevention Through Youth Intervention" model. He has presented this program at national and international youth conferences. And he has provides teen workshops for youth organizations. How does this dynamic model work? The group explores the mechanics of this versatile prevention schematic and how to implement it!
Since 1973, Mr. McCormack's investigative research inspired his development of Triadigm methods creating new directions in the prevention field. Thomas will share modalities that remove identified barriers for At-Risk youth. There is an inquiry window for group discussion to address specific "worse case scenarios".
Aside from "his agenda", McCormack brings teens the best resources he has gathered from health conferences the past 36 years. He targets the specific needs of youth and provides them with synergistic solutions. He wraps up this workshop by offering a glimpse into his prevention dream model. A summary with a question and answer period is at the close. Youth are provided with a resource sheet and a copy of the Crisis Prevention Through Youth Intervention map.

Workshop Objectives:

2.) Participants learn how to implement these tools for individual and group applications.
3.) Participants learn how to integrate this model into their teen life style.
4.) Participants experience this model and discover ways to multiply the results.
5.) Participants discover how to apply the results beyond their individual reality.

Teen Synergistic Healing Workshop

This wellness specialist provides global cultural tools and applies innovative skills to release healing abilities in youth.
He introduces an assortment of exciting healing modalities to teens so they are able to help their peers with the treatment process. Thus inspired, they become excellent peer listeners and go on to be a bridge for the treatment program.
The junior high students are given opportunities to explore and practice this process. The 9th-12th graders are provided in depth tools to become effective liaison's. McCormack quickly demonstrates this bridging process from beginning to end. There is time for open discussion. The group has the option to practice this healing process in small cluster groups or individually. A summary with a question and answer period is at the close. A bridge healing map is provided to youth and staff. Ideally this program is presented to three groups over three consecutive days.
(IE- Youth groups are selected by the counselors or specialists, not putting them in comfortable friend cliques).
The runtime is 60-120 minutes per program.

Dream Interpretation Workshop

What are dreams? McCormack shares effective ways to open up ones dream life, purify it and utilize this dynamic tool for positive change. Dreams are the essence of Psyche (soul) which reveal fascinating mysteries and deeper truths. Whether your interest in dreaming is curiosity or practical application this upbeat workshop inspires investigation. The interpretive keys to translate dreams are demonstrated and shared through informal circle-work. There are practical ways to convert dreams into reality. (I term this scientific synthesis – dreamality)
Daydreaming contrast and nocturnal dream experiences will be explored.
Workshop objectives:
- Participants learn the modus operandi and the synchronicity cycle of dreams.
- Participants learn how to open up, purify, interpret and apply dreams.
- Participants discover positive tools to help enhance ones dream life.
- Participants learn how to implement dream tools to acheive success.
- Participants discover how to evaluate dream synthesis and assess the results.
The last half hour focuses on individual dream intepretation with a question and answer period. An experiental dream map is provided to guide participants in their noctural exploration.

Since 1973, Thomas has inspired dreamspeaking as a powerful self healing tool to transform reality. He is a featured presenter at health and education conferences on Dream Alchemy. He is also an interpretive specialist regarding cultural diversity issues and practices.
Story Healing Workshop

Become a story doctor. Thomas shares an array of verbal and listening tools to help individuals discover deeper causes of health problems. From personal catharsis a process emerges through the multi-dimensional realm of story. This model shows how to deepen and accelerate the healing process. How do we open up a synergistic window to multiply our positive attitude towards health? Come and find out. Participants will receive a story synergy handout sheet. A summary with a question and answer period is at the close. Thomas has shared this program with healthcare professionals the past 21 years addressing substance abuse prevention issues. He demonstrates effective ways to improve treatment programs.
